Rate

$150 per 50 min session

Insurance

Therapy services may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage prior to our first session. Call your company and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is my co-pay amount for each session?
  • Is Jessica St. Clair an in-network provider?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • Do I need an authorization for mental health services? And if so, what is the code?

Custody Consulting, Mediation, Special Master Assignments and other non-therapy services are not covered by insurance companies therefore you are responsible for payment in full.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee sessions are available on a limited basis. Please speak with me privately if you wish to arrange this.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. It is expected that you pay for your services at the end of each session.

All accounts must be current on a monthly basis for continued services. If your insurance company does not pay for any reason, you are responsible for the charges of your therapy and further dealings with your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your appointment I require that you provide 24 hours advanced notice. If you fail to do this, it will be recorded as a "no show" or late cancel and you will be billed you for your missed appointment. Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointments, and you will be fully responsible for the charges.
